Philip Lucky is a dynamic leader with extensive expertise in investment promotion, business facilitation, and strategic marketing. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Growth Partners Africa, a Rwanda-focused, Africa-centric investment advisory and consulting firm dedicated to empowering businesses and facilitating investment across the continent.

Previously, Philip served as Chief Investment Officer and Head of the Investment Marketing Department at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). In these roles, he led high-profile negotiations for strategic investments, structured and closed major deals, spearheaded privatization initiatives, and built partnerships between local and international entities. As Head of Investment Marketing, he drove strategic branding, investor communications, and global outreach efforts, positioning Rwanda as a premier investment destination.
