Derick Nzo Fonderson is a Cameroonian entrepreneur and accomplished business leader with over 23 years of experience spanning finance, sales, payroll, taxation, accounting, management, and business growth strategy. He is widely respected for enabling organizations to operate efficiently and compliantly within complex African regulatory environments, while building high-performing teams and delivering scalable, sustainable business solutions that drive long-term value.
He is the Founder and CEO of Intel HR Consulting Plc (est. 2015) and Intel Outsourcing Services Plc (est. 2017). Under his leadership, the group has established operations in eight African countries and expanded globally through a strategic commercial hub in Dubai, strengthening international client engagement and seamless cross-border coordination across Africa. He also founded SCI SPELT, a real estate development company, and co-founded Victoria Trading & Investment Company, a growing player in the retail sector.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Derick held senior roles with Ex Manpower, Swire Pacific Offshore, and Baker Hughes, where he managed sales, payroll, taxation, and accounting operations across multiple African jurisdictions. This experience laid the foundation for his deep expertise in multi-country compliance, financial governance, and operational excellence.
Derick completed the prestigious Seed Transformation Program (STP) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
