Sandrine is a business consultant and strategic operations professional specializing in investment promotion, cross-border partnership development, and institutional coordination across Africa’s public-private landscape. Most recently, she served at the Rwanda GBS Growth Initiative, where she worked in close collaboration with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) to advance Rwanda’s investment promotion agenda, supporting investor engagement processes from initial outreach through onboarding, coordinating international roadshows, and preparing institutional communications and knowledge products for high-level global forums. Operating at the intersection of government, multilateral partners, and private sector operators, she contributed to sector positioning efforts, stakeholder alignment, and performance frameworks designed to attract and retain investment into Rwanda and the broader region. Holding a background in Information Systems and pursuing an MBA in Operations & Project Management, Sandrine now advises companies navigating investment and partnership landscape, helping them show up strategically, engage the right stakeholders, and execute with clarity.
