Daniel Mehari is a British–Eritrean civil and structural engineer and the Founder and Managing Director of DND Triangle Real Estate Developers Ltd, a Kigali-based real estate development company. Since founding the company in 2016, he has led the development of several residential projects in Kigali, particularly in the Nyarutarama area, contributing to the growth of quality mid-range housing in Rwanda. Under his leadership, DND has successfully delivered multiple developments, including townhouses, apartments, and villas across several phases, including the Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel project, which is currently in the final stages of completion.

With over two decades of international professional experience, Daniel has worked across Rwanda, the United Kingdom, and Eritrea in structural and hydraulic engineering, infrastructure design, and construction management. Prior to establishing DND Developers, he served as General Manager of DMEuro Engineering Services in Kigali, overseeing projects for institutions such as USAID, UNHCR, and the British High Commission. Earlier in his career in the UK, he worked with leading engineering consultancies including Pell Frischmann Consulting and JBA Consulting, contributing to major infrastructure projects for organizations such as Network Rail and the UK Environment Agency. Daniel holds an MSc (Eng.) in Structural Engineering with Distinction from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Water Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Asmara.
