Marlon LC Weir is a visionary entrepreneur and a seasoned marketing and business development consultant with over 20 years of experience shaping traditional and digital brands across the dynamic markets of the Middle East and Africa. As the Founder of BARA Afrika, he is leading the charge to build a powerful, pan-African super-platform designed to be the largest of its kind. BARA Afrika is an innovative digital ecosystem housing multiple utilitarian mini-apps that unite the global African family—seamlessly integrating communication, trade, tourism, and networking. A passionate Pan-African advocate, Marlon is dedicated to forging sustainable partnerships that transcend borders, uniting continental Africans with the diaspora to drive shared growth and prosperity. His work is deeply rooted in action, focusing on equipping youth and young adults with vocational skills and fostering entrepreneurship for impact. Based in Kigali, Rwanda, he spearheads community engagement and confidence-building initiatives that empower African communities from the ground up.

Beyond his entrepreneurial and consulting work, Marlon is an influential creative and thought leader. With experience in visual production, fashion, and lifestyle design, he brings a holistic and culturally resonant perspective to his mission of African development and neo-Pan-African advancement.
